Established clients payment is on day of clean

New clients must pay day before clean

We take before/after photos(no   personal items  are in photos) if you don’t want me to put on my page please notify me

Cancellation is 24 hours,if less than 24 hours  then a half clean charge is payable as another clean could of had the slot

If you are unhappy with your clean you must inform us on the same day as your clean so we are able to rectify at our earliest convenience, we will not refund the cleaning cost.

If we hold keys and you cancel your cleans advise on last clean so keys can be left or they will be returned at our earliest convenience

If you are not in please leave a key somewhere safe
